Content & Social Media Manager
Full-time | Remote | English-language role | Preferred start: September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter
Nduranz is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day content.
This is a hands-on role covering social media, newsletters, blog content, and communication with our ambassadors and athlete partners. You will not only write and publish content, but also find relevant topics, develop ideas, and keep the content calendar moving.
During the first months, you will work closely with us while learning the brand, products, and audience. The goal is for you to gradually take ownership of Nduranz’s regular content with minimal day-to-day guidance.
What you will do
Social media
Social media will be the largest part of your regular workload.
You will:
- Plan, write, and publish approximately three posts per week
- Prepare stories and timely content when relevant
- Manage Instagram and Facebook, with potential expansion to TikTok
- Find topics and turn scientific, athlete, product, and event information into engaging content
- Adapt newsletters, articles, and interviews into social formats
- Coordinate posts with athletes, teams, events, and partners
- Schedule content and review what performs well
You will work with our in-house designer on larger visual projects. Basic design or video-editing skills are helpful, but not required.
Newsletter and blog
You will take ownership of Nduranz’s regular newsletter.
You will:
- Finding and researching topics
- Writing clear and engaging English copy
- Combining sports-nutrition education with athlete stories and practical product use
- Building, testing, and scheduling emails in Klaviyo
- Reviewing performance and developing future content ideas
You will also research, write, and publish approximately one to two blog articles per month. Topics may include sports nutrition, athlete interviews, race preparation, practical guides, and product education.
You do not need to be a sports scientist. We will support you with technical information and scientific review. Creativity, research ability, and the skill to explain complex topics clearly are more important.
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify or another content-management system is useful, but these platforms can be learned.
Ambassadors, athletes and partners
Communication with our existing ambassadors will also be an important part of the role.
You will:
- Maintain regular communication
- Share campaign and content information
- Collect and organize content
- Track agreed deliverables
- Maintain relevant records and permissions
- Support communication with professional athletes, teams, and partners
You will also help turn material from athlete stories, interviews, and productions into newsletters, articles, and social-media content.
Who we are looking for
Required
- Excellent written English
- Professional experience in writing, content or editorial work
- Experience planning and publishing social-media content
- The ability to research and develop topics independently
- Strong reliability, personal responsibility, and attention to detail
- The ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple projects
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment
- Availability during agreed Central European working hours
-
A genuine interest in endurance sport, performance, and sports nutrition
- Knowledge of endurance sports or sports nutrition
You do not need to be an endurance athlete yourself, but you should be interested in learning about cycling, running, trail running, triathlon, and endurance performance.
Useful but not required
- Newsletter or email-marketing experience
- Klaviyo, Shopify or other CMS experience
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Canva, Adobe or similar design skills
- Basic short-form video editing
-
Interviewing or project-coordination experience
Working arrangement
This is a full-time role of approximately 40 hours per week.
The position can be performed remotely, and applications are welcome from candidates outside Slovenia.
We strongly prefer cooperation with a self-employed contractor. Employment may also be considered depending on the candidate’s location and the practical arrangement.
The schedule is semi-flexible, but this is not a fully asynchronous role. Regular availability during agreed Central European working hours will be required for communication and coordination.
Compensation
The expected compensation is €2,500 per month for a full-time, self-employed collaboration.
The final amount will depend on demonstrated writing ability, relevant experience, portfolio quality, and the level of independence the candidate can bring to the role.
If the cooperation is structured as employment rather than self-employment, the compensation package will be adjusted according to the employment arrangement and location.
How to apply
Complete the application form using the button below.
Selected candidates will be invited to an interview and asked to complete a short practical assignment.
Application deadline: 9 August 2026
